 New  born gourami babies are very small in size. They like nonveg food like as  dafnia,brinshrymp etc. I recommend very small size live dafnia is very good for babies, because dafnia is smaller than brineshrymp.  Grinded fish pallet is not proper substitute but it can feed. All types of fish pallet are not nonveg . You have to choose the best nonveg pallet. Choose the pallet on the  basis as below.  1) check protin level. High level or low level both are not good for your babies. Low level protin will hamper babies growth whenever High level protin also not good for new born babies because it creates constipation. 40 to 50 % protin value is better.  2) check carefully your fish  pallet that they are nonveg  or not.  3) floating  types pallet  is better.  4) always takes fresh food.  5) don't overfeed them.   process of water change for aquarium. every aquarium hobbyist must to maintain some rule , when they are going to change aquarium water . otherwise you have must to face so many bad situation within few hour or in few days . problems are mostly about cloudy water , infection and lastly death of fishes . if you want to avoid this bad situation , you have to maintain some golden rule. 1) use always 24 - 48 hours old water . please don't use less than 24 hour old water or more than 72 hours old water. both are harmful for your aquarium.if you  not maintain this process, your aquarium water condition turned into cloudy and you have to face nitrate problems.  2) don't change more than 50 % water otherwise your fish may shocked. 50% water change is enough for any aquarium circumstances.  3) always use same temperature water .   how to keep your aquarium healthy and clean ? 1) keep same category fish . 2) use water as per your fish requirement ( soft or hard ) . 3) keep fish or fishes on proper ratio . proper ratio is 1 inc size in 6 to 8 liter water . 4) feed your fish 2 - 3 time a day as much as they can consume within 2 to 3 minutes. do not over feed them . 5) try to avoid harmful artificial accessories in your aquarium . 6) always use proper filtration system . only an matured filter can keep your aquarium water clean .  7) maintain proper oxygen level in your aquarium . 8) partial water change in a week , 20 to 40 percent as per your fish requirement . 9) keep proper lightning in your aquarium  .  10) always keep an alga eater fish in your aquarium .

আপনি যদি আকুয়ারিয়ামে মাছ পুষতে চান , আপনার মাছেদের ভালো রাখতে চান , তাহলে আপনাকে মাছেদের রোগ সম্বন্ধে ভালোভাবে জানতে হবে । না হলে দেখবেন মাছ মারা যাচ্ছে এবং এই ভাবে কিছুদিন চলার পরে আপনার মাছ পোষার শখটি নষ্ট হয়ে যাবে । তাই আকুয়ারিয়ামে মাছ মাছ রাখতে হলে মাছের অসুখ সম্বন্ধে ভালো ধারনা থাকা অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজন ।  প্রথমেই বলি , আকুয়ারিয়ামে যত মাছ মারা যায় ,তার বেশীরভাগটাই মারা যায় আকুরিয়ামের জল খারাপ হবার কারনে । প্রথমে আকুরিয়ামের জল খারাপ হয় ,তারপরে ওই জলে থাকা মাছেদের ইনফেক্সান হয় । তাই আকুরিয়ামের জল ভালো রাখাটা খুব জরুরী ।  এখন দেখে নেওয়া যাক মাছের অসুখ চিনবেন কিভাবে ?  যেহেতু এখনো পর্যন্ত মাছের রোগ নির্ণয়ের জন্য তেমন কোন উন্নত যন্ত্রপাতি পাতি পাওয়া যায় না তাই মাছ এর রোগ বা অসুখ চেনার জন্য আমাদের চোখই ভরসা । আকুরিয়ামের মাছ যদি জলের মধ্যে স্বচ্ছন্দে ঘোরাফেরা না করে বা তাদের আচরনের মধ্যে কোন রকম অস্বাভাবিকতা দেখা যায় তাহলে বুঝে নিতে হবে যে মাছটি বা মাছগুলি ওই আকুরিয়ামের মধ্যে তাদের বেঁচে থাকার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়  পরিবেশ পাচ্ছে না বা মাছ গুলি অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়ে...
